Pastor Mike Swendson has been involved in
ministry for 15 years, serving as the Senior Pastor of Family Praise
Fellowship since 2006. He is an ordained minister and holds a MA in Theological Studies from Southwestern Assemblies of God University, in Waxahachie, TX. Pastor Mike is currently on the Riverside Sectional Administrative Committee for the Southern California Assemblies of God fellowship. In the mid 1990’s he served as a missionary in Nigeria, West Africa. During his tenure in Africa, he led and established ministries in Plateau, Cross-River, and Bauchi States. Calvary International School of Missions was one significant venue through which he trained many pastors and leaders who were sent out to establish new churches. Prior to arriving at FPF, he also served as an Administrative Pastor and Pastor of Singles. Pastor Mike met his wife, Jodie, at Southwestern Assemblies of God University, where she served as a Dorm Pastor. They have three children. |
